1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
• Items damaged due to mishandling, electrical issues, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for faulty or defective products that cannot be replaced.
• If eligible, refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days via bank transfer or store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

• If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with the same model (subject to availability).
• If the same model is unavailable, you can choose another product of equal value.
